Another Scottish landscape painting in progress (Luskentyre Beach, Isle of Harris).  I am liking the texture and the flashes of colour in this one and it makes a change to work on paper instead of canvas.

Experimentation

I have been experimenting a little more with combining painting with collage and here is a painting in progress which I have been having a lot of fun with over the last couple of days...

It's been a while ....

It has been a while since my last blog post and I am going to try and post much more regularly in the future.  Anyway, I have been very busy in the studio creating new paintings, finishing works in progress and creating commissioned pieces.  Here are a few new works created whilst I was dreaming of the warm sunny days to come (I know, a few months away yet!) and trying to ignore this British cold, wet winter we are currently experiencing.  I hope you like them ....
